Dr Chua Tze-Ern

Senior Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Chua Tze-Ern is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She is one of the founding psychiatrists of Serenity and has a particular clinical focus on women’s mental health, perinatal psychiatry, and mood and anxiety disorders.
She provides psychiatric assessment and ongoing care for women and adolescents, and works closely with other healthcare professionals where collaborative care is helpful. Dr Chua’s approach is patient-centred and thoughtful, with attention to both clinical needs and the broader life context of each individual.

Dr Poon Ngar Yee is a senior consultant psychiatrist with extensive clinical experience in the assessment and management of mental health conditions affecting male and female patients across different age groups. She co-founded Serenity Clinic in Novena, Singapore. Prior to the formation of Serenity Clinic, Dr Poon was the Head of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (KKH).
